It’s been a busy few weeks in the Jagged Globe office, as many of you have taken advantage of early booking discounts and have been arranging next year’s trips. Our Aconcagua season is off to a good start (see below), and our Scottish Winter, Alpine Ice and Skiing courses are just around the corner. There has been lots of winter action in Scotland already, so we’re chomping at the bit (Operations Manager and Course Director, Ed Chard is up there right now). We take up residence at the Ballachulish Hotel from 15 January for 11 weeks of Scottish Winter Courses. If you want to improve your winter mountaineering and climbing skills, please join us!
The first of our Alpine Ice climbing courses starts even sooner (3 January – 1 place left), with reports in from this past weekend that the ice is forming nicely. If you’d like to climb with Andy Owen and our Alpine guides, don’t leave it too late! This winter we have ice climbing courses in Chamonix/Cogne, Austria, Slovenia and Morocco.
